JoHanna is a licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in childhood trauma recovery, women’s empowerment, generational healing, and personal growth. She blends evidence-based therapy with mind-body-spirit integration, helping clients break cycles, set healthy boundaries, and reclaim their authentic selves. Passionate about healing, Johanna guides individuals toward deep self-discovery and transformation. Beyond therapy, she is a writer and mentor, dedicated to helping people step into their power through storytelling and spiritual wisdom.
